I will be taking down my website of 10+ years at the end of 2024.  My long list of valued customers will still be able to replace a lost earring or place a custom order...I have kept records of your purchases. My email will remain the same and I plan on keeping my phone number.  I can also be reached through my Etsy shop where I continue to offer healing earrings and help to people with extreme metal sensitivities.

JEWELRY RETURNS & GUARANTEE

As owner and designer of Hypo-allergenic Titanium Earrings/Two Iguanas Glass, every effort has been put into the design and construction of the work that I offer to you.  However, if an item falls short of your expectations or is damaged in shipping, you have 14 days from the time of delivery to contact me and make arrangements for a refund or exchange...EXCEPTIONS ARE CLEARLY MARKED.    I would like your shopping experience to be as pleasant as possible, including returns, if that becomes necessary.

To avoid disappointment, please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns that you may have.  I do my best to respond within 24 hours.

EFFECTIVE 10/2019:  CANCELLATIONS OR FULL REFUNDS MAY HAVE THE TRANSACTION FEE OF 3% SUBTRACTED FROM YOUR REFUND.    It is clearly stated in the description earrings that do not qualify for a refund. 

HANG ONTO YOUR PACKING MATERIALS  UNTIL YOU KNOW THAT YOU ARE KEEPING YOUR PURCHASE.
ALL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS FOR REFUNDS must be packaged either by using the materials I have provided for protection (bubble pouches, metal containers, etc.) or equivalent protection, and returned in a padded mailer or sturdy box. Unprotected jewelry, no matter how small, generally does not survive the automated sorting machinery of the postal system, and will not qualify for a refund if damaged. Envelopes with added padding are not adequate protection.   Addition information will be sent  to you with your request for exchange or refund.


Shipping

I am a small business with small volume sales, and try to be as fair as possible, shipping costs included.  You will be given a choice at check out to ship First Class, Priority or Priority Express.  I enjoy making jewelry for that part of the population that can benefit from what I offer and make every effort to keep my pricing reasonable and affordable.
