Re-shaping Hoops

I am not a high volume seller and feel a responsibility to my customers that they receive the best service and product that I am capable of offering. You are most likely wearing titanium because of sensitivities, and I want my earrings to be worn and enjoyed. Working with 20 GA titanium has many advantages, strength being one of them, but the one disadvantage is that it is thin wire and not indestructible. Accidents happen (hairbrushes, snagged clothing) and re-shaping titanium is not as easy as one would think, given how thin the wire is. In most cases, it takes reforming with hammers and hardening with steel shot filled tumblers.
I generally do not hear from customers with this problem, but if you have a pair of my ear wires, either purchased directly through me or Gayle (the Zen Lady), and they have become distorted beyond your ability to fix them, I am offering to re-shape them, if possible, for $5, which covers the cost of return shipping and handling. Please contact me with the particulars, and pictures, if possible.

I can always count on my family for needed support, and I thank my sister for providing samples...obviously not a hoop girl :-)
The UP side to this is that the earring gave way and she did not injure her ear lobe. |
