I LOVE HOOPS!!  I wanted a hoop that looked heavy, but was not weighty...and it had to fit my normal piercing.  The properties of Titanium allow me to have the look that I want using a larger 17 GA wire, without the weight.   Designing a latch out of 20 GA wire that would be functional and attractive took a little more thought.   The "S" shaped latch was designed specifically for this type of hoop earring providing STYLE AND FUNCTION!
