The most common lengths for  posts are 10MM, or 12MM, if you wear a longer post.  If the posts that you generally wear are comfortable and just a little long, you can probably get away wearing your normal length of 10 or 12MM with these add-on hoops.  If your posts fit perfectly, I would suggest adding 1MM to the length to accommodate each add-on hoop or disc.
